Refunds & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return to the store within 30 days of receiving your products for a full refund. Customer must provide receipt at time of return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on perishables, jewelry, seasonal items, or giftcards. Clearance items purchased in-store and online discounted >30% are considered FINAL SALE.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All Wheaton's orders can be returned to any Wheaton's location. Please ensure to have a copy of your sales receipt when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back to store for refund are encouraged to add shipment insurance to return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or not as described/ordered. Please contact email@example.com for any issue with an online order.
shop.wheatons.ca order returns will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of customer shipment.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 27 Walker Ave Lower Sackville, NS Canada B4C 4A1. A copy of the original receipt must be included .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
